Adventfenster 20 im Kunsthaus Urhof20 – Klang, Keramik & Winterlicht

Zur Wintersonnenwende – der längsten Nacht des Jahres – öffnet sich im Kunsthaus Urhof20 das 20. Adventfenster. Von 16 bis 20 Uhr erwartet die Besucher:innen ein atmosphärischer Abend mit Keramikkunst, Musik, Punsch und gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Getränke und Speisen werden gegen freie Spende angeboten, der Erlös unterstützt ein soziales Projekt in Grünbach.

Im Mittelpunkt steht die Schale als zentrales Motiv: als Gefäß, Symbol und poetischer Raum für Übergang, Wandel und das Wesentliche. Drei regionale Keramiker:innen zeigen ihre individuellen Zugänge:

• Elke Hittinger (Atelier Hittinger im Urhof20): Raku-Keramik, lebendige Oberflächen, überraschende Farbspiele
  
  
• Claude Leeb: poetische „Poem Cups“ sowie formklare Schalen und Gefäße
  
  
• Martin Budischowsky: organische Muschel- und Schneckenschalen, perlenartige Kugeln im Inneren, Dorodangos + Einblick in „Contemporary Ammunition“
  
  

Für die musikalische Gestaltung sorgt DJ Fresh Andy (Andreas Reinhalter) mit einem sanften, ruhigen Set aus Funky Roots, Soul, Worldmusic und Electronics. Sein Projekt Fungi Future bietet zudem einen kleinen Einblick in die Welt natürlicher Vitalpilz-Essenzen – eine Verbindung von Naturkraft, Balance und dem Thema der Schale als Gefäß.

Ab 20 Uhr wird die Musik lauter, und Freund:innen des Hauses sind eingeladen, den Jahresausklang gemeinsam tanzend ausklingen zu lassen.

Ein Abend voller Licht, Kunst und Begegnung – im Herzen des Urhof20.

Advent Window No. 20 – Sound, Ceramics & Winter Light

On the night of the Winter Solstice – the longest night of the year – Urhof20 opens its 20th Advent Window. From 4 to 8 PM, visitors are invited to an atmospheric evening featuring contemporary ceramics, gentle music, mulled punch and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Food and drinks are offered on a donation basis, supporting a social project in Grünbach.

At the heart of the event stands the bowl as an archetypal form: a vessel, a symbol and a poetic space for transition, change and the essential. Three regional ceramic artists present their individual interpretations:

• Elke Hittinger (Atelier Hittinger at Urhof20): Raku ceramics with vibrant textures and expressive surfaces
  
  
• Claude Leeb: poetic “Poem Cups” as well as clear, text-free ceramic vessels
  
  
• Martin Budischowsky: organic shell- and snail-inspired bowls with lids, pearl-like inner spheres, Dorodangos + insight into “Contemporary Ammunition”
  
  

Music for the evening is provided by DJ Fresh Andy (Andreas Reinhalter), offering a warm, atmospheric set of Funky Roots, Soul, Worldmusic and electronic elements. His project Fungi Future also offers a brief look into the world of natural mushroom extracts, connecting themes of nature, balance and the bowl as a vessel for the essential.

After 8 PM, the music becomes more energetic, and friends of the house are invited to continue the celebration in an informal gathering.
